About Rhonda
Rhonda Rose is a ministry-aligned Virtual Assistant with a background in strategic communication, theological education, and congregational support. She specializes in providing administrative, editorial, and technological assistance to churches, seminaries, and Christian organizations committed to sound doctrine and Gospel clarity. Her work is shaped by a deep love for the Church and a steadfast commitment to the historic foundations of the Christian faith.
Rhonda holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication (Liberty University, 2018) and a Master of Religious Education (Liberty University, 2022), along with a B.A. in Political Science from Arizona State University. With more than two decades of professional experience, she has developed trusted expertise in academic writing, digital resource creation, and ministry operations. She has served in Orthodox Presbyterian Church (OPC) congregations—editing devotionals, managing websites, maintaining prayer lists, and designing ministry materials—and now extends that support to PCA churches and Reformed ministries nationwide. Fluent in tools such as WordPress, Zoom, Google Suite, Procreate, Affinity, and a range of project management platforms, Rhonda enables ministry leaders to focus on what matters most: preaching the Word, shepherding the flock, and fulfilling the Great Commission.
Having lived and served among people from diverse cultural and spiritual backgrounds, Rhonda understands both the pull of deception and the power of truth. Her personal testimony affirms that the Gospel is not just true—it is necessary. She brings to every assignment a posture of clarity, conviction, and compassion.
The core values of her work can be summarized by the following:
• Rooted in Scripture.
• Every service is shaped by the Word of God.
• Aligned with Confession – Guided by the Westminster Standards and historic Reformed creeds.
• Steadfast in Service – Quiet, reliable support for Christ’s church.
